DIMONT’s CAR service will manage claims and denials submitted by a servicer’s borrower and lender-placed carrier. DIMONT’s expert insurance adjusters will not only maximize recovery, but navigate the complicated claims review process for servicers.
Upon receipt of the denial referral, DIMONT adjusters will assess claims documentation, such as Notice of Claims and Carrier Denial, to reach a conclusion on the denial (agreement, disagreement, or rebuttal) and work with the servicer on the result.
