DIMONT Success Leads to Executive Promotions and Strategic Hires

DALLAS, June 7, 2016 – DIMONT, the largest provider of specialty insurance and loan administration solutions to the residential and commercial financial services industries, today announced the addition of Gary Barrett, Aubrey Bronson, Jodi Moehring, Denesha Luke, Vivian Hughes and Dwight Kline to the company, as well as promotions for long-term executives Fran Weichsel, Tom Stover, Collin Harbour, Connie Baringer, Mark Lehner and Teresa Urban.

Gary Barrett, who has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer, brings more than 25 years of finance, operations and strategy experience to DIMONT. He has served in both executive and consulting roles with over 50 companies to help improve their operational and financial performance, and has extensive experience in the services, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy and retail industries.

Prior to accepting this role, Barrett held senior executive roles with three different private equity portfolio companies. Most recently, he served as the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of a San Francisco-based specialty grocery store chain.

Aubrey Bronson has been hired as DIMONT’s new director of operations and brings a proven track record of developing highly efficient and productive operations teams, with an emphasis on default servicing operations. Her responsibilities in this role include overseeing claims production, creating financial and production forecasts and developing tools to control expenses. Prior to joining DIMONT, Bronson served as vice president of client integration for a Texas-based full services mortgage solutions company, for which she developed the client relationship management department.

Jodi Moehring and Denesha Luke also join the DIMONT team as operations managers. In this role, they are responsible for the day to day management of client-based operations teams including staffing, training, scheduling production quality performance. They each have over 13 and 17 years of experience, respectively.

Vivian Hughes and Dwight Kline are the latest new hires and have been named client relations managers. Their responsibilities include developing relationships to facilitate problem resolution and identify process efficiencies. They also assist sales and marketing with RFPs, client services expansion and attracting new clients. They each have over 20 years of experience.

In addition to new hires, several DIMONT veterans have been promoted into new roles. Fran Weichsel, promoted to senior vice president of client services, is responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding DIMONT’s client relationships with the GSEs and servicers, as well as operations. Weichsel has over 30 years of experience in real estate, including servicing, REO disposition, valuation and insurance.

Tom Stover has been promoted to senior vice president of solutions development and is responsible for ensuring the best practices are implemented into the operations of DIMONT. Stover has over 25 years of professional experience including his previous roles as senior director of solutions develompent at DIMONT.

Collin Harbour has been promoted to vice president of business development. Harbour brings more than 20 years of experience to this position, in which he  is responsible for the expansion of the overall business by leading all sales-related activities with prospective clients and by working with existing clients on comprehensive solutions to their insurance-related needs. Previously, Harbour served as director of business development at DIMONT.

Connie Baringer has been promoted to director of support services and is responsible for managing the human resources and facilities departments, as well as providing company staffing and hiring information to assist management in making strategic recruiting and hiring decisions. Previously serving as senior talent acsuisition manager at DIMONT, Baringer brings over 20 years of experience in corporate recruiting, hiring, employee relations and human resources, as well as a background in multiline claims adjustment and team leadership to this position.

Mark Lehner has been promoted to director of client relations after having served as a client relations manager at DIMONT. Lehner has 15 years of experience and is responsible for creating strategic plans to manage and proactively develop ongoing relationships with existing clients.

Teresa Urban has been promoted to client relations manager and brings over 20 years of experience to this position in which she assists with sales and service problem resolutions.
