Recent promotions were made in an effort to provide superior solutions, expand current service offerings and enhance customer service as a part of the company’s current growth plan. These promotions included:
Valerie Elkins (Dallas) to the customer-facing and new business role of senior vice president of Mortgage Services in order to support the company’s growth in its mortgage services comprising of: Collateral Loss Mitigation, Hazard Insurance Claims Adjustment, FHA & Investor Claims Management, Flood Insurance Valuations, Disaster Prep and Loss Draft Services.
Lynette Richter (Dallas) to vice president of Investor Claims Services. Lynette has over 35 years in management and a strong technical background in mortgage servicing, including prior work as a HUD auditor.
Mark Lehner (Dallas) to vice president of Hazard Insurance Claims Services and will be responsible for customer interactions and new business in the company’s insurance claims solutions.
Michelle Trotter (Dallas) to director of Loss Drafts Services, focusing on enhancing the company’s loss drafts solutions which combines technology with extensive industry knowledge.
Priscilla Rivera (Dallas) to director of Client Support Services of Hazard Claims, where she will continue to serve the company’s customers and provide an improved customer service experience and solutions that work for their needs.
Cheryl Johnson (San Diego) to director of Retail Insurance Claims Services. She moves to this position as a licensed nationwide Public Insurance Adjuster with more than 25 years of industry experience and an extensive track record in employee management and insurance claims resolutions.
Christine Myck (Dallas) to enhance operations as the director of Lender-Placed Insurance Claims Services with an experienced operations background in the financial services industry.
Mark Siratt (Dallas) to streamline company’s insurance claims review process as director of Hazard Insurance Claims Review Team. Siratt moves to this position with more than 20 years of experience in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating high-volume operation processes.
Rachel Osorio (San Diego) to manager of Retail Insurance Claims Services, centering on DIMONT’s expertise in collateral valuation and insurance recoveries.
Waleska Urrutia (Dallas) to provide comprehensive claims knowledge and enhanced operations as manager of Lender-Placed Insurance Claims Services with more than seven years at DIMONT.
Sally Geisler (Dallas) to provide superior service in office operations as manager of Hazard Insurance Claims Support Team. Geisler has worked with DIMONT for more than four years and brings over 20 years of operations and customer relations experience to this position.
